Inspirational messages for youth hockey players?
words to inspire them to be a better player, go out there to win!
-There’s no I in TEAM
-Don’t get in fights with the other team, you WIN by making GOALS! Fighting in hockey is for adults, not youths. 
-Tell each player to “Strive for a HAT TRICK” and if every player makes it, that’s 3 goals times no. of players, a SURE WIN!
-EVERY position is important, Goalie, Wing, etc.
I could probably think of others, but I don’t know much about hockey…obviously not every player will make a hat trick, you just want them to set 3 goals as a personal mark to meet, not for THEMSELVES, but for the TEAM. Teamwork is key in any team sport, as I’m sure you know. Good luck coach and team!
